Gary Pepperell, Director and Fencing Manager
Gary is a qualified aircraft engineer and airworthiness inspector. He holds a New Zealand Trade Certificate in Aircraft Engineering and an American FAA Engineering Licence.
His background in the RNZAF and subsequent years of work in the high pressured military and commercial aircraft industry in Europe and the Middle East ensure that projects are managed well and carried out in a timely fashion, with professionalism and an eye for detail.
Mel Pepperell, Managing Director
Mel holds a Bachelor of Education and is a former school principal. She uses her experience to ensure that things run smoothly behind the scenes. She is responsible for office management and administration, health and safety compliance, customer relations and staff training/ education requirements.
