Action Fencing NZ Ltd has strict procedures regarding service locations and places strong emphasis on health and safety in the workplace. Management is committed and responsible for the training and development of all team members.

Daily tool-box meetings and regular health and safety meetings are carried out during which staff involvement and contribution is encouraged.

There are systems for pre-work site hazard identification and live site hazard registers. Monthly machinery and equipment audits are carried out and out and annual reviews take place to ensure systems are continuously improved and that teams and clients are safe at work.

The team also focuses on eliminating harm to the environment and believes that accidents can be prevented.
